I have purchased 2 vehicles, a 2010 Chevy Impala and a 2014 Chevy Impala. I had a great experience with my 2014 Impala, it was the absolute best car I have ever owned. I have had all maintenance on both Impala's at your service department. I have always had a good experience. I came on 10/7/25 to look at a SUV to lease with my 2014 Impala as a trade in. I had a Chevy Equinox in mind when I came in. Chris Ganshorn was my salesman. He was a great young man, very personable and professional. He showed me the only Equinox that was available which was a 2026. I test drove it and fell in love with it My purpose for choosing an SUV is because my husband has Parkinson's Disease and needed a vehicle that would be easier for him to get in and out of because of problems with his legs. The payment to lease was higher than I could afford. However Chris and the finance manager worked hard to figure out a deal that would work in my favor to be able to get the payment I was able to afford. I was able to achieve walking away with another Great Craig Smith experience. I truly appreciate the service and sales team. I also have to put in a good word for the body shop manager also, I have had a few dealings with him and he has always treated me well. Last but not least I have to say a good word about Whitney. My husband and I have known her for many years and we just love her. I love seeing her smiling face and hugs when we see each other. Thanks to all at Craig Smith!! More
