I decided I was in the market for an AWD and I wanted it now! Chris was not only willing to get me in, he made the process easy. I couldn't ask for a better salesman. Craig Smith Auto got me in the exact ve now! Chris was not only willing to get me in, he made the process easy. I couldn't ask for a better salesman. Craig Smith Auto got me in the exact vehicle I wanted within a few hours and didn't break the bank. Chris even took the time to put extra air in my tires, and to set me up with the MyChevrolet app and Onstar. 10/10 More

I can't say enough Great things about Craig Smith auto in Galion Ohio!!! The customer service is hands down the best you will experience!! This is my 3rd vehicle I have leased and purchased from them I had a small setback this time with my GM discount code taking way longer than expected to come in and they were extremely patient and let me use a loaner to get by for longer than usual and it was a huge blessing for my family it was truly a going above and beyond moment I'm a female that went in by myself as well I felt so comfortable and did not feel like anyone was trying to get anything over on me I was treated with respect and they even made popcorn and got me a Pepsi lol can't go wrong with that.They were going to even open the big doors and bring the car inside for me to look at it because it was cold and snowing. I said noway that is too much work I'm bundled up today I will be fine but definitely so nice to offer I've also experienced their service department quite a few times as well oil changes and a couple other things those were great experiences as well and nice area to wait very clean and they have popcorn a TV all is great!! Just ask for Chris or Tony you will be impressed with their professionalism,knowledge and kindness!!! More
