We recently purchased a used Tesla Model Y from Graff Ford of Chesterton. Overall, we are happy with the final deal and appreciate that the dealership was willing to work with us on price, repairs, and d Ford of Chesterton. There were a few condition items on the vehicle that were not as clear in the original listing as we would have preferred, including some dents/scratches and a few listing details that needed clarification. However, once those concerns were brought up, the dealership worked with us to make the situation right. The manager agreed to have the dents repaired, scratches buffed, and the vehicle delivered to us, which gave us more confidence moving forward. The buying process had some moments where communication could have been better, especially after the paperwork was signed and while we were waiting for repair updates. That said, when we were able to speak directly with management, they were helpful and seemed committed to getting the work done correctly rather than rushing it out the door. I would recommend Graff Ford of Chesterton, but I would also encourage future buyers to inspect used vehicles carefully, ask specific questions, and make sure any promised repairs or delivery terms are put in writing. In our case, they were willing to work with us and stand behind what was agreed upon, and that mattered a lot. More

I completely trust this service department, Fox being the person I know will tell me the truth and have my best interests in mind. They have very friendly staff that worked with me on finding a used car with low mileage with a car payment I could actually afford without putting me in financial strain. Had transmission work done on a truck they put in 3 transmission could get any of them to work and truck was out fo service for months at a time while they tried to fix transmission.
