This week I had a number of issues with my 2019 Ford EcoSport. I initially had the car towed to a service center in Chesterton and they were unable to identify the problem. I had the car towed to your dealer service department to help with the problem. First, let me say that I have purchased 2 other vehicles from this location ( Bozak), so I am familiar with the service department, or so I thought !! The Service from your staff ( Richard Leidolf) was timely, detailed, and accurate. He was very knowledgeable and able to identify the problem and repair the issues in 2 hours. The Mr. Leidolf worked with me and explained everything to me. He also provided information on additional service for the body damage on the vehicle and the oil change service you provide. The cost of the repair was fair and reasonable. I will definitely recommend Graff Ford to my colleagues and friends. I will definitely be back for the additional service on my car, but I will look to purchase a new car from you. Thank you for making a very trying week better !! More
