I inspected the vehicle after the repair was done and felt they did a great job, but I do want for you to be completely satisfied so I will be going over the repairs from this visit with your before you take delivery of your vehicle. Hi John just to let you know that I read your response and I want you that I'll never be completely satisfied because the way my car was crashed it could have been avoided and knowing that you inspected the car after was repaired and you thought that that was good enough that concerns me not just for me but every single one of your customers and after reading a lot of the reviews on your service center you do have some troubled reviews so please let's get this car repaired correctly one last time because it has been long enough since February we're in April now and I am still dealing with this issue that it does not seem to go away and the other part that upsets me is that that I had to lose time out of work three different times already this is not my accident this is this was your accident so you should be the one that should be flexible for my schedule not me being flexible for your schedule I run a shop that if I'm not there the shop does not make any money so it's costing me a large amount of money every time I leave the shop for this issue and also when I spoke with Chris he told me that I was being uncooperative which is every time that you told me to be up there I was up there I called you almost every day to try to get this problem solved you promised me the car was going to be like Factory and so far that's not the case there's a lot of issues with the like the gaps in the hood the gaps on the bumpers the parking assist system the paint issues and also I don't see why were there ever a need to repaint the driver side door the hood and the left fender I know that you guys guarantee your paint but it will never be Factory and even in your statement of warranty is states that you only warranty your paint if it's been applied directly to factory paint so you must trust the factory paint also and I know for a fact that in the future I will have some issues with this paint it's either going to flake Sade or just not look good that's just normal that happens to every car and I know that accidents happen also but the repairs should have been minimized and we talked about that that I wanted to keep it as much Factory as possible like I said I will never be completely satisfied because this was just devastated for me to go there spend all my money to buy a car from you guys end just a few months later bring the car there for a simple warranty issue and you guys crashed and then and then not repaired the car properly and then have the nerve to tell me that I'm not a regular customer I don't know where needy customer and I'm also an uncooperative customer according to the words from Chris I did not feel welcome there so for that reason I do not recommend this place to anyone
