I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation on-line with a special price. When I arrived the special price was not offered and I had to ask for it. The actual oil change and tire rotation took about 90 minutes. I also asked for some help with My Chevrolet app. The service manager said he could, but must have forgot as soon as I walked away.
