⭐ Strong Negative Review – Misrepresentation & No Post-Sale Support I purchased this vehicle and requested pickup on Saturday, January 24, 2026, relying on the explicit representations made by the Post-Sale Support I purchased this vehicle and requested pickup on Saturday, January 24, 2026, relying on the explicit representations made by the salesperson, Roylan Valenzuela, who stated that the vehicle was in perfect condition and fully inspected. I received the vehicle on January 25, 2026, and immediately reported a serious mechanical issue. From that moment on, communication from the dealership effectively stopped. The salesperson stopped answering my calls entirely and only sent a brief message stating he would “check with the manager,” which led to no action or follow-up. On the same day, I personally contacted the manager, Michael Alcock, who assured me that he would address the issue and contact me. To date, no response, no solution, and no follow-up has been provided. This situation demonstrates a clear pattern: before the sale, the dealership was highly responsive, repeatedly contacting me and providing prompt communication. Once the sale was completed and a legitimate problem was reported, the dealership became unresponsive. Selling a vehicle under assurances of proper condition and then refusing to provide post-sale support when defects are immediately reported is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am still awaiting a resolution and would strongly caution potential buyers to carefully consider this dealership’s business practices. More
