He is VERY knowledgeable about the highlander. I made it clear that I was not buying a car that day. He gave me the information I was asking for and let me walk away. I was very impressed with that. He gave me a day or two before calling to see what I thought. My husband shopped at another dealership for the same car. Chris and his manager were very quick to call and match the deal we were offered by the other dealership. I have a very demanding job and not a lot of free time. We have purchased our last 4 cars at other local dealerships. It's nice to have the deal done before you arrive, so you can have the check in hand, insurance card, look over the vehicle agreed upon, signs papers and be on your way. After several attempts to contact Fred Anderson's internet sales department, all we received was information to come down to dealership and talk to someone. The reason we do the above is so we don't spend an entire day buying a particular car. We arrived at 10:30am and left with our new vehicle around 3pm, that is totally unnecessary. On the flip side, if we had negotiated the price of a car with internet sales, we never would have met Chris who is great at his job as salesperson. He is new to Fred Anderson, so if you go their to buy a car and want someone who cares....ask for Chris. More

The service representative, Sean, was very professional, but also personalble. In fact, I would say the overall service experience was outstanding. I will continue to use Fred Anderson for my service needs and now feel very comfortable recommending the dealership to friend, bot for purchasing a vehicle and for having it serviced. More

Even though I spent a lot of money on the truck, they still charged me for the service on my corolla (BAD BUSINESS). I purchased a $27500 truck but they found it necessary to still charge my service on my trade in? VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE More
