Straight forward, family-friendly service We feel pretty good giving a full "beginning to end" review. We had seen a truck we liked a few days before and finally had time to go look at it. We were already frustrated because the dealership we went to before was an exhausting back and forth of sales pitches and feeling not listened to. Anyhow, we spoke to the online sale rep who was kind enough to text us her number since we didn't have a solid arrival time, so we could notify her and the team we were on our way. When we got there the truck was already pulled up, ready for a test drive. Chris, our sales guy, was incredibly professional and relatable (my husband said during the test drive they barely talked "truck sales," he just loved getting to know Chris and his car/truck history, etc), and worked with us to get our perfect vehicle to a point that was within our comfort zone. Alesia, the business manager, was just as wonderful and was quick and thorough with the paperwork (which means the world when you're car shopping with a toddler...). I'd also add that they have a kids play room which was invaluable to us during our shopping experience, and there was another salesman (not associated with our sale) who sat and chatted with our daughter in the playroom (so kind!) and was kind enough to give her some gummies which made her day. We couldn't have been happier with our experience there. More
