They couldn’t answer basic questions about features of the car we selected. After a lengthy back and forth negotiating they brought in a manager to “help us” this person was very condescending and I felt could careless about us being at this dealership. We left and decided to go to Fred Anderson Toyota. I wish we would have just started our day there instead. The minute we walked in the door we encountered Chris Jennings. He asked if we’ve been helped and then proceeded to assist us. His professionalism and product knowledge shined from the minute he opened his mouth. I learned more about the car we looked at in the first 5 minutes then I did hours at the other. I knew at that moment I was buying a car from him. He was very open and I felt honest with me and my wife. I explained to him him what was important to us and he made sure we got it. He not only sold us a car but I felt we became friends. Once all the back and forth was complete he saw to it we got into finance as soon as possible. There I actually wasn’t looking forward to that process but Melissa was easy to talk to, informative, open and honest. She didn’t even skip a beat when I completely chained gears mid process. I recommend the team at Fred Anderson Toyota Charleston 100%, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Chris and Melissa for making this a easy process. More

Painless My lease was coming up and I was dreading having to go into a dealership and get a new car. I eventually got myself over to Fred Anderson Toyota and t My lease was coming up and I was dreading having to go into a dealership and get a new car. I eventually got myself over to Fred Anderson Toyota and the process couldn't have been simpler. They didn't try and haggle for 4 hours and go back and forth between their manager. Instead, they simply asked what I wanted to pay and we worked to get to that number. Once I had signed for the car, Chris went off and got the car detailed and ready while I had to finish up he paperwork with the Finance Manager. Again, this was very simple, she was a very nice woman and made the process very easy on me. She didn't try to force any of those "add-ons" that they try to persuade you into at the end. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. More

Took test drives in a Toyota Avalon Limited and a Toyota Camry XLE. I currently owned a Toyota Camry LE but was disappointed it did not have Apple Play or the better safety features than the one I chose at your dealership. I would very much choose this dealership again or send my grandson for his first new car. I will recommend to others who are looking for a new car also. Jason Perez also helped to make sure that the deal and financing were proper for my needs. Alesia Durr also took very good care explaining our loan rates and financing issues. All three went above and beyond what I expected. More
