Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, attentive and professional. The end of the lease on my Outback was coming up and I came in to get information on the new Forester Hybrid. Chris is a straight shooter. I wanted to buy an Impreza, but the dealership did not have it in the color I wanted. Chris found the car color I wanted at two different dealerships I wanted to buy an Impreza, but the dealership did not have it in the color I wanted. Chris found the car color I wanted at two different dealerships. There was a small difference in the price between the two vehicles, and he explained the difference. As he worked to get the vehicle to the dealership, he kept me informed. Once the vehicle arrived, Chris and Jeff worked with me and my husband to obtain the best financing and warranty package available to us. On the day we went to purchase and pick up the car, the service person who normally explains the car's features was out on his scheduled day off, so Chris took me out to the car and explained everything to me. Jeff answered all of my questions about the loan and worked with us to get the best rate possible based on credit. I trust that this dealership will take care of my vehicle over the coming years, and I will be sure to stop in and say hello to Chris and Jeff because they are good people. More
