Chris Kirby managed to be professional, friendly, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable, all at the same time. But most of all, he was very efficient. He took all the time I needed to answer my questions, but he also streamlined the paperwork and other processes, as much as possible. Dave Boggs in the Finance department was also a pleasure to work with, and is equally knowledgeable and professional. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough, and I'm very happy with my Soul. I drive very conservatively (had a lot of practice, as a former hybrid owner), and I got 34 mpg on my home, on city streets, across town. If you're looking for a Kia, I highly recommend Kia of Greenville, and Chris Kirby! More
