He did a great job of making me feel as though it is very important to the dealership, as a whole, to make sure each and every one of their customers are completely happy and that customer satisfaction was a high priority to the entire staff. More importantly, Chris was very knowledgeable about the Buick Enclave that I was inquiring about. When I asked about other vehicles he knew everything about those vehicles too, off the top-of-his-head. This made the transaction go smoothly. He took his time and explained everything to me and showed me how everything worked in the vehicle, things I would have never taken the time to figure out on my own. I very much appreciated that. He was very patient and easy to work with and his customer service was great. Every time I contacted him before and after my purchase he returned my calls immediately (can't say this about other Sales Consultants) and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him with all my "issues" that came up. I would be happy to contact him about my next car purchase. I can't give an overall rating to the dealership because I'm currently working with the Service Department and so far I'm not feeling as good about them as I did Chris. I will update what I think about them when my car is completely serviced. More

I had been working with Chris Lahey on the purchase of my new car and talked to him on the phone and emailed him back and forth several times since last fall in discussing which car would be best for me and waiting for the Encore to come out. I saw it at the Chicago Auto Show and knew that this compact SUV would suit me very well. Chris Lahey never pressured me and told me he would work with me on getting my new car for the "right price and right terms", and he did. Chris and the entire staff at Sullivan Buick were the best dealership staff I have encountered in 10 years. They carefully explained every aspect of my purchase, financing and ongoing commitment to taking care of my new car. I am very glad I purchased my new car at Sullivan Buick and recommend them highly. By the way -- my beautiful new Encore was great on the drive home and I'm so glad I got it at Sullivan Buick. More

i didn't even expect to find a car being that the car I originally wanted was already sold. Chris suggested another car that fit all my needs and he sold me on it. I was shopping for a 2013 Buick Enclave and wasn't having any luck in finding the car I wanted, until I was introduced to Chris Lahey. Being a member of CostCo, I signed up for their FREE program over the phone, instantly giving me access to the GM Preferred pricing program. Absolutely no pricing haggling/negotiations and a fixed price! I returned to Sullivan, with my CostCo Auto Program form/codes and within 1 hour, we had the car priced and ordered. If anyone wants to know the employee/preferred pricing program prices are, just do a search on "Build Your Own GM Vehicle". You'll go to the GM employee/preferred build your auto site and follow their auto building questions and you'll get the real/preferred price of your car. Walked into the dealer knowing the actual cost of the car you want to buy, plus any incentives that the manufacture was offering at the time. 3 weeks later, I picked up my new 2013 Buick Enclave and 2 hours of a detailed review of all the functions with Chris, I felt the auto purchase experience was worth the writing of the this review. I would recommend the dealer based on my purchase experience. More
