If there was 0 stars that what I would rate them. Your staff needs to be less condescending to customers. The weather striping was placed right on the left side and stuck out, and looked completely differ staff needs to be less condescending to customers. There were never updates given to me on my vehicle, and I constantly had to call up there. When I would call they would be super rude and tell me that my car was just sitting there and they didn't know what was going on. The service advisor assigned to me even stated that my car sat there for 14 days without anyone even realizing that it had a sky touch top. I have told everyone I know to stay clear of Jeeps in general, but most importantly if they ever were to buy a Jeep to not get it serviced at your dealership. This was unacceptable customer care and when I finally got my car back after 40 days, the service manager and the service advisor both stated the leaks were not fixed. This to me is crazy since it was at your dealership for over a month. More
