New Truck problem undiagnosed and in shop 80 days! After buying a new truck here, brought it in with fuel tank that wouldn't fill, steering that stuck in left turns, a locked up parking brake, a compa After buying a new truck here, brought it in with fuel tank that wouldn't fill, steering that stuck in left turns, a locked up parking brake, a compass that indicated South when North (so GPS was affected), Most issues fixed in FIRST MONTH, but they couldn't figure out the parking brake issue. Even the factory engineers couldn't figure out the problem. Truck sat for WEEKS in the shop with NO progress while they provided a rental mini-van for me (told them I needed a truck for my business). After two months, I had to buy another truck to work in, and filed a claim for them to repurchase my truck due to it being a lemon. One week before mediation hearing, and over 70 days in their shop, Chris Landino finally took time to get involved and he fixed the truck in a week. It took almost 80 days to fix a 2019 truck under warranty, but the mediator deemed that this was ACCEPTABLE? They refused to buy back the truck, and sales manager Kris Urquhart told me that they could only give me trade in value (a $12000 loss in less than a year). Sold the repaired truck to another dealer but lost $9000 in the process. More
