New used car I had picked out my car online so I knew what I was going in for. Felt it was a typical car transaction. EXELENCE EXCEEDED BY CHRIS LEGERE I live in Palm Desert California. My 81-year-old mother‘s car was totaled just outside of our gates while I was home recovering from the flu and pneu I live in Palm Desert California. My 81-year-old mother‘s car was totaled just outside of our gates while I was home recovering from the flu and pneumonia by a kid who backed up into her as he forgot his remote to get through the gates. I was faced with having to deal with this while being sick so I decided to use the Internet to my advantage. I researched all the available vehicles that had the latest safety features so My Mom would be safe while driving in her next car. I came to the conclusion that the Buick Encore is loaded with safety features and high-end Luxury items like Leather and Heated Seats and steering wheel. Now to find one! I started calling dealers and filling out online forms and looking for the perfect car for my Mom. I received many calls from all over Caifornia, Nevada and Arizona. Chris from Liberty Buick made my life so easy! He called me and I told him what I was looking for. He went through his inventory and narrowed the field down to Five Encores that each had All the features I was looking for. They were all low miles and in great shape. I showed the list to my Mom who initially wanted Red. We all agreed that Chris had the best selection and decided to drive the 3:28 hours to AZ to get her car. We arrived just after 1:30 after a few stops along the way. We met Chris who is a delightful guy who was raised in Peoria, AZ and stayed by his roots. He had us look at the cars and I had him put the final two side by side. After Careful Consideration, we chose the beautiful Car my Mom is standing in front of instead of the Red. Chris had us In and out of there as fast as humanly possible. He wisked threw all the paperwork and got it signed, then sent us over to Tim Johnson in finance who went over the available warranty paperwork with us. Since the initial warranty had just expired, We purchased a six-year 48,000 mile GMC warrantee with the vehicle and were out of there before dark. I got the pleasure of driving the car home with my mom while my spouse drove our other car home in front of us. The Encore Drove like a dream. It has Blind Spot Monitoring, Front and Rear Collision Warning Systems, Cross Traffic Alerts, Auto Collision Braking and Lane Change Assist with warning as Standard Safety Features on this model. The ride home was very smooth and thanks to the Turbo Engine, we made it home in record time. We even made it home in time to feed Toby, our xxxxzu, his dinner. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this transaction had to be the easiest one I have ever had the pleasure of doing. When I shared with him our needs which was an older model Buick with low miles he quickly responded with some options and sent me photos and videos. He was very quick in his responses and he was able to accommodate us on meeting times and made the negotiating process very relaxed. Chris was patient as we needed a couple days to make a decision. When we made our decision he had the paper work already to go for us as we were leaving for out of town . In fact we were in such a rush that we could not get the new vehicle to our home and he personally drove it there. We are excited about the new vehicle and now own 2 cars from Liberty Buick.
