I had a 8:00 AM appointment and they did not start working on my car until mid afternoon. Can you imagine if doctors, dentists and other businesses operated like this! I also asked to check the ai working on my car until mid afternoon. Can you imagine if doctors, dentists and other businesses operated like this! I also asked to check the air conditioning and they told me that I needed a new condenser and the labor to install it would be $2350 and $350 for the part for a total of $2700. I went to an independent shop and they told me it would take 2.6 hours and total cost including parts would be $690. So Holz Chevrolet wanted $2350 for a 2.6 hour repair. What a bunch of crooks. I was so disappointed with working with Holz Chevrolet that I traded the Impala in on a new Ford Edge so I will never need to go to their dealership again. More
