What a great experience I had at Gainesville Nissan. I wasn't planning in trading my car because it was almost paid off, but Carlos explained why it would be for my best interest. His patience and carin I wasn't planning in trading my car because it was almost paid off, but Carlos explained why it would be for my best interest. His patience and caring capvated me and I was willing to check it out. Him and Clovis listened to my requests and I felt good about what they were offering me. I couldn't be any happier with my brand new car (Altima SR)! Carlos personally went to get my car at another location because they didn't have the color i wanted on theirs. To me, that's an amazing costumer service! Also, everyone that I came in contact at Nissan Gainesville goes above and beyond, they were polite and attentive. I will come back when it's time for me to get another car. More
