The best advice I can give you to to stir clear of this dealership. I have never experienced anything like what I have experienced at this dealership. Appointments are meaningless. Previously I posted a negative review on a minor issue with service to my vehicle. And now I would just like to state that within 3 hours I received the phone call, they sincerely apologized and insisted with service to my vehicle. Comfortable, knowledgeable, courteous and professional I inquired online, let them know when I was coming in and they had a salesman waiting for me. Chris met me in the showroom and asked questions of me i I inquired online, let them know when I was coming in and they had a salesman waiting for me. Chris met me in the showroom and asked questions of me in regards to was I looking for a specific model and then the features of that model that I definitely wanted and showed me others that he thought I potentially would be of interest. He then showed me 3 vehicles all with different feature options, I determined which additional ones I wanted and then we sat down to o over the price He then asked me numerous questions to determine if any of the various promotional discounts were relevant to me. Thankfully there were multiple and that brought my bottom line cost down to the figure I had in my mind when I decided to purchase a new vehicle. Through the entire process I felt relaxed and comfortable. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
