He patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information about the vehicle I was interested in, and sent a message a personalized video of the car. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. I appreciate his honesty and transparency throughout the process. While doing the test drive, he offered to set my favorite radio stations and to pair my phone to the car’s Bluetooth saving me A LOT OF time. He didn’t mind that he was working past closing hours.
