I was on the hunt for a new 4Runner TRD Sport, which is surprisingly hard to find right now. I combed the universe, searching high and low for weeks to no avail. Then one day, I spotted a 4Runner that met surprisingly hard to find right now. I combed the universe, searching high and low for weeks to no avail. Then one day, I spotted a 4Runner that met my criteria at Fitzgerald Toyota, and requested to see if the car was available. Chris Ogene reached out to me right away and helped me to secure the vehicle, but notified me it wouldn't arrive for two months. A few days later, I saw that Fitzgerald Toyota had acquired a '26 TRD Sport, and I decided that it was the right one for me. I asked Chris to help me get it and he obliged. He was always upfront with me and was very quick to provide me with quotes and other information. Chris is the hardest working salesman I've worked with! He stayed late to help me out and even offered to come in on his time off to accommodate my schedule. The dealership offered a fair deal for my trade-in and I got the 4Runner! The entire process was pain-free and was a pleasant buying experience overall. I wasn't pressured into financing with the dealership or buying extra warranties, which was refreshing. This is my first Toyota and I'm glad to have purchased it from Fitzgerald. I rate the dealership 10/10 and Chris 11/10! More
