Amazing employee!! I'm 21 and I was looking at buying a newer car that was realiable. I went to Jake Adler and he was the biggest help I could've asked for! The whole Nissan team were amazing, they were super friendly and I wasn't nervous buying my first car. I expected to feel pressured or overwhelmed but Jake explained everything to me perfectly. The whole Nissan team did a wonderful job helping me pick out my car and I couldn't be happier! I didn't expect to leave with a brand new car but because of jake and his team, I left the lot with a 2017 Nissan with affordable payments! If you're looking to buy or trade, I would definitely recommend the team at Nissan! There was no pressure, fun environment, and they explain and talk to you about everything! I couldn't be happier! More

They disrespected my father who came down to make sure we werent getting the shaft or signing something we cant afford...at one point i thought they were going to fight my father. They all were yelling at him. Telling him he had bad credit.because he wont cosign and so forth.. Just dogging him out it was intimidation full force...and other customers were in there. Worst display of customer service ever!!!!! I hope you learn to treat your customers better!!! More
