Big Easy, the Rookie and the Pro I worked with Chris Pannell, BJ Johnson and Lesley Wicks. I drove into the lot on a whim and the next day drove out with a Certified Used Nissan Rogu I worked with Chris Pannell, BJ Johnson and Lesley Wicks. I drove into the lot on a whim and the next day drove out with a Certified Used Nissan Rogue. EVERY step of the process was smoother than glass. All of my questions were handled thoroughly and answered honestly. The paperwork went seamlessly. There was NO smoke and there were NO mirrors. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from a CMA dealership and I will continue to give CMA dealerships, specifically Valley Nissan, the first shot over any of the competition. More

These folks are awesome! I would reccomend Valley Nissan & Subaru to everyone. They all went above and beyond to help my family in buying a new car. Other dealers treated us like we were wasting there time. Will definitely be back when it's time for another car in the future. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I desperately needed to get out of the current car I was in d/t a domestic violent situation. Originally, I had went to another dealership up the street. All we got was the run around and after 8 days still NO Response!!! We went to Nissan in Staunton and within 3 hours, I was in a new car!!! Everyone worked so diligently and hard to help me and to make sure we got the best deal!!! Everyone was SO AMAZING, especially Tabatha!!! They had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Fun, Easy to work with, and Honest Dealership My new car purchase process started with a trade in of my current truck which I was, unfortunately, in negative equity of almost $5,000 even with the My new car purchase process started with a trade in of my current truck which I was, unfortunately, in negative equity of almost $5,000 even with the value of my instant Kelly Blue Book Cash offer for my truck. I have never done a trade-in before, but Valley Nissan made it super easy. Kelley Ashby contacted me about my trad-in offer and encouraged me to still come by and talk to them about a trade in even with my negative equity and average credit. When I arrived, everyone was super friendly and they were immediately ready to get the process started so I wasn't left waiting and wasting my time. After getting there at 7 p.m. on a Monday and not walking out till a little after 9 p.m. I walked out the lot with a brand new car and ended up getting an AMAZING interest rate and only having to pay about $150 more a month even with my credit score and negative equity. Harold and Lesley both stayed with me until after 9 p.m. to make sure that I could drive my new car home that same night. I also want to give Chris Pannell a big shout out for working to get my interest rate so low and never giving up! Whenever I was finalizing the paperwork and was asked questions about whether I wanted an extended warranty, I expected Lesley to try and do his best to sell me whatever add-on he could. I already knew that I didn't need it at the time nor want it, but it was very refreshing to hear Lesley actually recommend to me that he wouldn't do the extra warranty since I don't have a long commute and don't put as many miles on a car as a typical daily driver does. That is the first time I have EVER heard someone be truly honest at a dealership. Harold was also very honest and told me about the features of the car that I actually cared about rather than just listing everything off from a list and he made the test drive experience very fun. He also pointed out some things that I wouldn't like about the lower trim models as well as some things to keep in mind with the vehicle that I was seriously considering purchasing (no vehicle is perfect after all). Even today nearly a little over a week since I have owned the new car now, Harold is working me and an insurance agent to get me a lower insurance rate. Everyone at Valley Nissan truly does go beyond just the sale and cares about you like a person and not just a number. In short, if you want to skip to the quick part and not read the paragraph above, I would tell anyone that is considering purchasing a new car regardless if you have good credit, bad credit, good equity trade in, or even negative equity trade in to go see Valley Nissan, they will work with you no matter the time or day. They are honestly the first truly transparent dealership I have been too that is honest and wants to help you get the vehicle you want while making it fun and easy. If you are waiting to consider getting a car or are worried about your credit like I was, just go pay them a visit! Even if you don't get something, they will still make sure you have a fun and honest experience. Thanks Valley Nissan as well as Lesley, Chris, Kelley, and Harold! More
