Purchasing a car from Porsche Chandler is exactly what car buying is supposed to be like. I purchased a pre-owned Mercedes that was traded in and despite being an out-of-state buyer it was seamless. Chris Pauken was always available, helpful with any questions and even coordinated with the Mercedes-Benz dealership to have the vehicle serviced. I had the vehicle inspected by a mobile mechanic and felt comfortable making a purchase decision without having seen the vehicle myself. Porsche Chandler certainly earned my trust and showed it was well deserved when they performed a full service on the vehicle, including new tires and alignment without me even asking for it, so the car would be in perfect condition when I came to pick it up. A+ service from a reputable dealership. I would trust them again with my next car purchase in a heartbeat. More

I visited a Nissan dealership looking at the Nissan MURANO. Then I checked Google and saw the Murano for sale at the Porsche dealership in Chandler,AZ. Chris Paulken contacted me and answered all of my questions. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind patient and very personable. There was no high pressure at all. He was very easy to reach. I never thought I would purchase an SUV sight unseen but that is what I did. I had full confidence in Chris. He even helped arrange transport to Alabama. Ginger who handles the business end was great too...very knowledgeable, efficient and personal level. Even the general manager contacted me. I would rate the dealership a 5 star also but this is really how I expect a Porsche dealership to be. Chris being all that he is deserves 5 STAR+ More
