Not the best experience as a back man. Purchased a vehicle used and during the interior cleaning process damage occurred causing cosmetic deficiencies in some of the interior. They stated Purchased a vehicle used and during the interior cleaning process damage occurred causing cosmetic deficiencies in some of the interior. They stated that the car had been professionally cleaned which was a lie the previous owner had a dog and they did not have the dog hair completely removed. The interior cabin filter was not changed and now the car has a dog odor , no sterilization was completed to remove old odors. They stated that the brakes where with intolerance which they are due for a change with in the next 1000 miles or less. The reason for thbrake concern is because they stood firm on the price which was top dollar for the year make and model.. somy experience was not great at all!!!!!! More
