Chris is originally from Gastonia and currently lives in Charlotte, NC. He has been in the automotive industry for over 17 years and has been a part of our team since 1998 starting in sales and is currently our F&I Manager. Chris's favorite part of his job is getting to meet a variety of new people everyday. He has been married for seven years and has a teenage son. The staff here was extremely helpful to us in choosing a new vehicle to purchase. Jordan Bollinger was our personal sales associate for the 2 days we spent in the decision making for a vehicle and he above new vehicle to purchase. When we arrived we had a particular make and model in mind that we were looking for, Jordan laid out for us everything we needed to know to about that vehicle to make a final decision on which one we would enjoy the most. Simply put, we came in to McKenney Salinas Mitsubishi with a budget in mind, looking for a good deal on a reasonably priced used vehicle and by the time we left Jordan had us qualified and driving home in a brand new 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport! Our first ever purchase of a "brand new" model. We were thoroughly pleased with our experience here and would recommend anyone to bring their business to Jordan Bollinger at McKenney Salinas Mitsubishi! More

Our second purchase from MS Honda in 6 months. In December it was a CR-V, this time it was a new Civic. We were treated very well, with no games or hassle. The team was respectful of my time and accommodating to moving the process along quickly. The sales price they offered on the vehicle was very fair and slightly better than what the research websites suggested. They also offered a competitive price on my trade. I shopped two larger dealers and was turned off by their impersonal experience and excessive dealer installed option markups. Eddie remembered me from our last purchase and I again felt he was knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Marvin worked with me and Eddie to finalize the deal and Chris had me in and out of the finance office in 10 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership, and I highly recommend working with Mr. Eddie Jarvis. More

Steven Johnson immediately contacted me with my inquiry. Unlike other dealerships, he was upfront, courteous and professional on his emails. He referred me to Bob Roadman who was extremely friendly, personable, patient and upfront. He was always prompt with his responses which is the main reason we went back to McKenney. Jonathan Zirbel was also helpful in getting us financing options. Chris Pressley went through the specifics of our contract in detail. If you want someone who will answer to your text anytime of the day, ask for Bob! We had another dealership we were working with and if it wasn't for Bob's immediate responses and friendliness, we would have gone somewhere else. We were so impressed with their sales force team that we went back to McKenney and bought two cars. The trade in value of my car exceeded our expectations. Thank you everyone for all your help. We will definitely refer McKenney to our family & friends! More

Between buying and trading I have purchased at least 8 cars over the last 25 years and I have had miserable experiences, okay experiences, and great experieces; this experiences was great. Internet Contac cars over the last 25 years and I have had miserable experiences, okay experiences, and great experieces; this experiences was great. Internet Contact (Jessica) was prompt in her replies and contacts with me as well as keeping me informed about the availability of the vehicle I was inquiring about which kept me from making an wasteful 30 minute drive. If Jessica was not available she made sure to set up a contact to keep me informed (Marvin) and he did just that which resulted in prompting me to make that 30 minute drive and eventually purchasing a vehile. Upon arrival sales agent on show room floor very curteous and helpful in getting me in touch with Marvin (bad memory can not remember the name sorry, may have been Roger). Marvin then put me in contact with (Lance) and I can't say enough postive things about Lance it was like I has hanging out and talking to a good friend and I put him through the questions. I inspected and tested just about everything on the car except for testing the percentage of oxygen in the air pressure for the tires. Lance was even kind enough to offer up the pollen all over everything that day as an extra with no cost to me (was a great ice breaker... good joke & job). Closing it all out was (Chris) again pleasant and knowledgeable and to top it off Chris and Lance ended up being at the dealership well past closing as the bank computers were having issues (close to 2 hours past closing). I was pleased with everything so much so I was willing to leave the car, put down my down payment and come back the next day when the computers were working. OVERALL: JOB WELL DONE COMPLETE TEAM EFFORT. Will have first experience with Maintenance Dept. on 5/24/2013 they have some big shoes to fill. More

This was my best experience ever with a dealership! Have dealt with other dealerships in the area, but they could never measure up to McKenney-Salinas. Found the car I wanted on line at McKenney-Salinas dealt with other dealerships in the area, but they could never measure up to McKenney-Salinas. Found the car I wanted on line at McKenney-Salinas. I called to make sure the car was still available and spoke with Jessica Fisher, who went to check to make sure that the car would be ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. When I pulled into the lot, there was the car with a card with my name on it; Jessica had reserved the car for me! Unbelievable? What amazing customer service! We, (my husband and I), were greeted at the door by the sales manager, Jonathan Zirbel and then introduced to Lance Black our sales associate. Lance went with us for a test drive (loved the car). We returned and started filling out the paperwork. We agreed on a fair price (my payments are exactly where I wanted them to be), Lance then turned over the necessary information to Chris Pressley, the finance manager so he could start on the contract. I was trading in my old vehicle and had looked up the current Bluebook value on that. I was given a very fair price for my trade-in (very happy about that as well). From the time we arrived to the time all papers were signed and I was driving off of the lot with my new car? 2 hours! That is a record! Everyone at McKenney-Salinas was so professional, incredibly pleasant and very efficient! These are quality people! I hope to have my new car for many years but will be returning to McKenney-Salinas for any other family vehicles in the future. I would recommend McKenney-Salinas to anyone and everyone! Dee J. Great buying experience. Lamont was friendly and courteous. Chris got me a good rate for a used car. No pressure just buy and go.
