The model had not been released to the dealerships yet, but Chris told us we could go check it out at the car show that week (he provided tickets) and place an order for one if we wanted to expedite the process. Once we decided to place an order, Chris was incredibly patient and followed-up with us regarding all our questions and concerns. He updated us on the status of our order regularly and made the process as simple and pleasant as possible. I was a bit apprehensive about making the switch to Land Rover given that I had been a BMW enthusiast/owner for decades. From the first call, Chris Rice showed great empathy and professionalism and quickly put my mind at ease. He was able to answer all my questions and patiently helped me navigate the search, selection and financing process. Chris is very helpful, has a great calm demeanor and is very genuine. I never felt pressured throughout the whole process. It's been a month since I drove my first Land Rover out from Allentown, PA, and I can say that I am extremely pleased with the customer service and high quality of my car.
