Their initial offer was competitive, but I showed paperwork for the best offer I had received so far, and they beat it within two minutes (no extended waiting while the "manager in the back" decided). I worked with Chris Ryan from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, including my initial email inquiries, phone calls, and ultimately staying on top of my insurance company when they had issues sending over the necessary paperwork. David Spellman in financing was also a pleasure to work with. I always dread those conversations because they try to sell you on everything. David simply presented the options and pricing, but totally respected my wish to decline all extras - preferring to do some research on my own before deciding. I've had a number of car buying experiences in my lifetime, and this was by far the best. I've already been back once for an inspection at the service department and even purchased a new trunk mat through the parts department (and their price was better than amazon!). I definitely plan to keep up the relationship with Coastal, and I love my new Tiguan! More

I had been there previously with a minor problem and it was handled in a timely and professional manner. I visited with John and Chris while waiting for the car because they are personable and friendly and my purchase didn't end those interactions. For my most recent service I was taken aback by the cost of my oil change, but during my interaction with Jon he reminded me that I have two free oil changes based on miles accrued and as part of my purchase. I couldn't have been more grateful that he looked it up for me. I had a female service advisor, I forget her name, but she was pleasant and professional. Also, while I waited outside Chris sought me out and we caught up on the status of my car and personal topics. When the mechanic brought my car out I spoke with him briefly about the car. He was a pleasure to talk to because he had a lot of enthusiasm with my model and I asked him a few questions about the car itself which he was very informative with other tips. I do not know his name either. This is how a dealer should be. I have recommended this dealer to others who are in the market for a car. More
