I would have thought that after taking the care to wrap my steering wheel in plastic and cover y seat in plastic that the technician would have removed and disposed of it....instead I had to .......doesn't my steering wheel in plastic and cover y seat in plastic that the technician would have removed and disposed of it....instead I had to .......doesn't seem sanitary to me!! The dealership was very helpful when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and rotation of tires. Brought my car in for my quarterly oil change . Was called and told that I need to replace my tie rods right away . I was quoted a outrageous price. over $ 500.00 a side Went to my mechanic and wor called and told that I need to replace my tie rods right away . I was quoted a outrageous price. over $ 500.00 a side Went to my mechanic and work was done at half the cost. I feel like the service dept was trying to take advantage of me. this is not the first time i have issue with the service dept. Brought in a key fob and asked them to look at it. all they did was changed the battery. I paid for the repair and the key fob still doesn't work. More
