This is actually our second time buying from this dealership—we originally leased a Chevrolet Equinox four years ago and later purchased it. The excellent service we received back then brought us back. Chris was extremely helpful, nice, and patient throughout the entire process. Dominic is very attentive. There were a lot of moving parts and he kept on top of the project. You lost a star based on the amount of days you kept the vehicle in order to perf There were a lot of moving parts and he kept on top of the project. You lost a star based on the amount of days you kept the vehicle in order to perform the work. Also as a thought for service outside warranty. The part sells all day long for $120. Brand new OEM. The job was over $600. This makes a repair for many customers too expensive and prices you out of no warranty repairs. If you’re so busy that it doesn’t matter or you just aren’t interested in that part of the business ok that’s fine but if you are there might be a marketing opportunity for you to incrementally boost your repair business by competing against the zero warranty sector. Perhaps a great way to keep your customers over time by marketing to them specifically as a target service customer demographic. As far as your service is concerned I am very happy with Dominic and Luis. I highly recommend your business both here and on yelp. More

Simpson took the time to review my needs and fix my warranty issues as well as the seatbelt recall. The also did the legwork to et my free oil change done beyond the normal service window.
