The service department at this dealership is completely unacceptable. The staff fails to follow proper procedures when receiving vehicles, shows no pride in their work, and demonstrates a blatant disregard unacceptable. This level of carelessness is inexcusable. My fiancé purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and when an issue arose, their service department managed to make the situation even worse. The entire experience has been nothing short of horrific. I truly wish management would provide real follow‑through and consistent follow‑up when vehicles are brought in for service, because the lack of oversight is clearly contributing to these ongoing problems. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. More
