Experience so good I gave them a hug I was originally contacted by Antonio and offered to trade in my vehicle and was informed I was eligable to receive a $20 gas card. I promptly arrive I was originally contacted by Antonio and offered to trade in my vehicle and was informed I was eligable to receive a $20 gas card. I promptly arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Zach Warren. He asked me a few questions about my situation and pulled up a vehicle to drive. We drove a 2018 Equinox and I liked it. We looked at some numbers and I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Zach was a great help. I next met Chris and Wayne who helped me with the rest of my paperwork. I took the car home. Over the weekend I had a bit of buyers remorse and on Monday informed Zach that I was wanting to return the car. He did not argue or try to convince me to keep it. Instead he put me back in touch with Chris. Chris was curteous and was not abrassive or pushy. I told him I was not happy with the options on the vehicle and was worried that I could not afford what I wanted. Chris encouraged me to come in and that they would help me find what I wanted and keep my payments the same. When I came back to the dealership Chris and Zach had another Equinox pulled up and ready to go. I drove the Equinox with Zach and immediately fell in love with the car. The car had sunroof, power liftgate, power seat, heated seats and many other options and my payment stayed the same. I can not thank Chris and Zach enough for working so hard to make me happy and going above and beyond to meet my satisfaction. I was so happy I gave them a great big hug to thank them. I can not express enough how happy I am!!!? More
