Chris Stiles at Grubbs Infiniti in Grapvine took pleasure multiple times to call me a liar and would make rude statements that I was incompetent to do basic math. I went into Grubbs wanting to buy a car. Took one week to negotiate a price. Chris Stiles and I finally agreed on a price. I flat out asked him to please verify the price and I let him know that if we drove one hour back to the dealership that i expected that price not to change. Well guess what, Chris Stiles played the ole switch a roo. He added $4,000 more to the sales price. Once again trying to take me for a fool. Today we walked out of Grubbs Infiniti disappointed and frustrated. For some reason chris felt the needed to get involved with my financing business even though I had a blank check from my credit union so to him it's like paying cash. He also talked down to me as if I was too broke to afford the car that I wanted and he made me feel like I didnt belong in his fancy dealership. I am pretty sure if I was dress to impress in my designer clothes wearing my fancy diamonds I would have been treated with respect. I was perfectly fine walking away when Chris Stiles said he could not come off the price $896.00. He enjoyed trying to confuse me with his numbers and going around in circles. I have saved every text message and I kept detailed notes and documentation. I told Chris Stiles that it was okay and that I understood we couldn't come to a agreement. I kindly walked away feeling disappointed they he lost a buyer over $896.00. I did what anyone would do, I kept looking for the car I wanted at different dealerships. We found one at Sewell. It was higher in price but still under factor warranty. The car at Grubbs had 86,000 miles and no warranty. Chris Stiles pursued me again the next day and I informed him we decided to go a different rout. He then became irrate and started to insult me over the phone all because I found a better deal at Sewell. I should have hung up the phone on him but i really wanted to do business at Grubbs Infiniti and wanted to try to work it out. Chris has no class and does not belong at Grubbs Infiniti. He is the classic definition of your typical used car sales man. Slimy and a snake. It's unfortunate that Mr.Grubbs was not available for me to speak with him because I truly believe he is a good guy and I believe he does care about his reputation. I will wait patiently for Mr.Grubbs to call me back. If he doesn't call then my business will go to Sewell and I will continue to share my experience that I had at Grubbs for buyers beware. I would give customer service a 0 if it was an option. More

A bunch of pressuring sales people who only care about $$$ The used car guys put you under duress to buy a car by telling you you have to sign the deal today or it won't be available tomorrow and must sign ton The used car guys put you under duress to buy a car by telling you you have to sign the deal today or it won't be available tomorrow and must sign tonight. It was closing time, my husband wanted to wait until the next morning to sign, yet they wouldn't let him leave without signing the contract. They still even had all his personal belongings in his trade in when he left, we had to go back the next day to get personal property. Horrible, unethical people at Grubbs. Tried to get truck back and Wes Hayes said the numbers couldn't be worked out. Asked to speak with owner George Grubbs and were told he was on vacation. More

From start to finish he treated us and the car deal in a positive and truly professional manner. Plus a big hats off to the higherups in the management staff as they were on the ball and made things move along quick and painless. More

It was very nice to deal with a car salesmen that did not push a sale but rather worked with you to make sure you as the client were happy. I would work with this person in the future for buying another car push a sale but rather worked with you to make sure you as the client were happy.
