My salesperson was personable without being ingratiating, and helpful but not pushy as I made several visits to discuss different options and test drive several cars. I felt he worked hard to accommodate my "wish list" and my budget, and took a lot of time with me even though I wasn't buying a high-dollar vehicle. Overall a painless car buying experience. Would definitely do business with him again. More

Then I drove a 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage G4, smaller car but very nice. I have been averaging 40 MPG and that works well with all the driving I do. Chris Swisher was very helpful in showing me around and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable of the inventory at Ray Skillman South Side Auto Center. Made my experience very enjoyable and I got myself a brand new car that meets my needs. I would recommend everyone to check out Ray Skillman South Side Auto Center before they consider purchasing a vehicle from anyplace else. More

Push it to the limit! I had went to several different dealerships and each one wanted to give me Bottom Dollar for my trade in. Great experience! I bought my first new car from this dealership in July. Unfortunately someone hit it while it was in my driveway and totaled it. Chris Swisher gave us incorrect information I specifically wanted a car that had satellite radio as I listen to it all the time & had also just paid a 6 month subscription to Sirius XM. When lo I specifically wanted a car that had satellite radio as I listen to it all the time & had also just paid a 6 month subscription to Sirius XM. When looking at the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander I asked Mr. Swisher if this car came with satellite radio & told him why I was asking. All I had seen on the radio itself was a button for "radio" - no button for satellite. He confirmed that the car did in fact come with satellite radio & I simply trusted him & didn't check the radio out at length. He simply wanted the sale - didn't know what the car came with or didn't come with - just wanted my money. I've bought several cars from Ray Skillman. Lesson learned - never again. More
