Very happy with our new car purchase and the trade in value offered for our previous Subaru. Lauren and Warren were a pleasure to work with and made the whole buying and financing process simple and eas value offered for our previous Subaru. Lauren and Warren were a pleasure to work with and made the whole buying and financing process simple and easy. Both are very personable. Lauren provided great pre and post purchase service to make sure we were happy with our new car and to provide us with all requested information. Chris was always pleasant and accomodating when we returned with our previous Subaru for servicing and kept us up to date on efforts to correct any issues. He made sure a loaner vehicle was always available to us when needed. Dan became personally involved on a repair of our previous Subaru. He gave us multiple updates on the service departments efforts, and made sure that the repairs were completed and that the car was returned to us in great operating condition. Mark was a pleasure to work with as well. He contacted us personally when we were considering a new purchase and negotiated a generous trade in allowance on our previous Subaru. More

Recently I have been dealing with Chris as my service advisor. He is always kind, courteous and professional. I feel valued and respected when working with him. When I receive my car back is looks great advisor. He is always kind, courteous and professional. I feel valued and respected when working with him. My only additional comment for the dealership overall is to be sure ALL of the front desk employees learn how to greet customers with a warm and welcoming smile. Something this small goes a long way. I have been a customer here for years and have always received expert care with respect and courtesy for my automobile and myself. Of course the staff has changed over the years and I’m just getting know the new staff; as well as them knowing me. It’s understandable that a person’s personality has a lot to do with how they relate to customers. However, those on the front line must be trained to always greet the customers with a smile. More

In for 60000 mi service and inspection.This was during In for 60000 mi service and inspection. This was during corvid 19 pendemic and the service was very prepared in produres for safety of customers and In for 60000 mi service and inspection. This was during corvid 19 pendemic and the service was very prepared in produres for safety of customers and employees. Provided loaner vehicle. Inspection revealed some major work and Chris helped me defer some of the 60000 work to cover the unexpected cost. Only issue was that I had to schedule the appointment too far in advance. They are always very busy so I guest that is a good point in a reliable organization. More
