The entire service team (including phone staff) was very professional and courteous — from the time I dropped off to the time I picked up the car. Efficient and welcoming Service Center In December, 2018, I purchased a certified used Subaru Forester as well as an extended warranty that has a deductible. Within several weeks thereafter In December, 2018, I purchased a certified used Subaru Forester as well as an extended warranty that has a deductible. Within several weeks thereafter, two separate unexpected repair issues arose. I took the vehicle to Service immediately with each one. I was treated with respect and understanding of each situation. The repairs were assessed and completed satisfactorily but with each one I was advised that a charge was due. I was not willing to pay for a circumstance which I felt fell under the “certified” coverage, and each of the Service advisors sensed my displeasure with charges as well as was willing to look further into the reasoning. Appropriate phone calls were placed on my behalf, and removal of the charges was achieved through their presenting my views. I was most appreciative of their follow-through. More

Great I had an issue with my starter in my brand new car. Chris was extremely attentive when the car got towed in. First Time for Legacy Sedan inspection with Glanzmann Subaru Having bought my 2013 Legacy sedan a year ago, it was time for the free inspection and oil change that the dealer offers. It was my good fortune t Having bought my 2013 Legacy sedan a year ago, it was time for the free inspection and oil change that the dealer offers. It was my good fortune to have Chris Waldron as my Service Advisor. Never having stayed before while a car was being serviced, he was helpful in keeping me up to date. Plus, it would seem the battery had never been replaced, and seemed low. However, there was no pressure to buy a new one and when I declined the offer it was no problem...just to be aware of warning signs eventually. He's and pleasant guy, Please give him a raise!!! More
