Let me start off by saying I have never had any service performed on my vehicle till today with this dealership (8/2/2025). With that being said I will never return due to my experience, as a fellow servi performed on my vehicle till today with this dealership (8/2/2025). With that being said I will never return due to my experience, as a fellow service advisor myself this was far from a positive experience. Went through the normal write up process and as a disabled person needing to stand is hard for me yet I didn’t have a choice but to stand at the desk while the advisor got comfortably seated at his desk. He asked if I would be waiting I informed him I would be waiting he told me about 90 minutes with my appointment. Okay no problem, never stated anything more. As myself and my wife waited in the waiting area we see my truck get pulled into the lane after completion and was even done sooner than expected! In the waiting area they have a bright yellow sign under the TV that states “WHEN YOU SEE YOUR VEHICLE WAIT FOR YOUR NAME TO BE CALLED”, I did receive a text stating it was done and right after it was now pulled out and parked. I waited about 15 Minutes after thinking okay, they will get me when they are ready to have me pay. After not being called and multiple other vehicles pulled into the completion lane I figured I’d ask if I’m ready even though I was never called/advisor never came and got me like others. Unfortunately I was met with “I sent you a text you should have know it was ready” again sign on wall vs that response was a bit rude. Also again being a disabled person with a walker it was not even offered for my vehicle to be pulled closer for me after they pulled it out as I was in the waiting area! I had to walk out to my vehicle my seat was moved and never put back to the original position either. It’s the small things that make a huge difference, I paid $140 for an oil change JUST and oil change no other services and that’s the care yall give customers is not a good thing. I understand im only one customer and me not returning isn’t that big of a deal but again Im also an advisor myself and will never again recommend this dealership nor service department. More

I’m unhappy with there service without proper explanation they added money for warranty. I’m so upset with that. they added money for warranty. I’m so upset with that. More

Great customer service was provided the minute we walked in. They are more than willing to work with anyone and even if there is not a car on the lot, you can guarantee that they will find one!!! in. $165 quoted for diagnosing the problem. and was charged $183 from Golling. When I questioned the amount, I was told that includes extra costs, a shop charge for repair order. I did not agre and was charged $183 from Golling. When I questioned the amount, I was told that includes extra costs, a shop charge for repair order. I did not agree to any repair at the time. There should be no extra costs. I was told problem was leaking head gasket. The repair cost of $4000+, and also an additional $4500 if the repairs included block or head damage. I wanted another diagnosis, so I took my truck to a family owned car repair business. Total cost of repair- $800. The problem was a leaking coolant hose and gaskets. I asked about Golling Toyota diagnosis. The manager told the the head gasket was checked and no problems diagnosed with it. I asked how Golling came up with their diagnosis and the manager said I need to ask Golling. I'm not bothering to associate with Golling at all. I give them zero. I hope Golling gets whatever is coming to them More
