9/13/24 I need to share my experience with Jack Schmitt Ford in Collinsville IL. Overall, my time at the dealership was great. I was treated with respect by both salespersons assisting me (AJ and CW). I re Ford in Collinsville IL. Overall, my time at the dealership was great. I was treated with respect by both salespersons assisting me (AJ and CW). I received a proposal that I accepted before my initial test drive. I informed the dealership of a price increase before my scheduled test drive; however, I was reassured that my original proposal would be honored. Upon my arrival for the scheduled test drive, the truck was in front waiting for me. I officially met one of my contact salesmen who provided me with information about the truck. I appreciated the freedom to examine the vehicle and test drive it without any hassle or stress. Additionally, I was able to place a $500 refundable deposit to hold the truck, allowing me time to consider this significant purchase. I want to commend the team for their transparency, professionalism, and friendliness throughout the process. I would not hesitate to refer Jack Schmitt Ford to family, neighbors, friends, and colleagues. I will also travel out of state again for such a positive vehicle purchasing experience. Alex Godley was our salesman and he was a breath of fresh air. I normally dislike car shopping, but Alex made it a more enjoyable experience for me. 9/10 times other car salesman have spoken directly to my h air. Alex was the opposite. He was so personable, addressed both my husband and I and treated me with respect. He was “real”. He had a great sense of humor and was willing to negotiate any of our asks. He was so pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend asking for Alex. Thanks Alex! More
