Based on everything that's on the internet, one might think it's not possible to go into a car dealer and have a straight-forward transaction without being taken advantage of left and right. With All-Star, that is NOT the case. I did my due diligence as far as car shopping/researching and it truly paid off at All-Star. I had shopped a few dealerships, but none were as respectful and straight-forward as All-Star. Working with Al and Chris was a pleasure, which shocked me because I really didn't think I'd have a good time inside of a car dealer. They really took care of me that day, and Chris still continues to answer any questions that come up to this day. This dealership was recommended to me by a total stranger at a pizza joint completely at random based on how good of an experience that individual had. After doing business with All-star, I understand why that happened. You really can have a good experience buying a new car at a dealership, as long as you're at All-star. More

He gave me both a good price for my trade and a good deal on the new HRV without all the back and forth haggling that is common. When I took my new HRV home, he sat with me in the car for quite a while, explaining things to me so that I was safe and comfortable driving home. I worked with Chris an I have purchased new Honda's 2 other large dealers in the area and I have to say my experience at All Star was by far the best. I worked with Chris and from the start I felt comfortable. He did not have a typical car salesman vibe. He seemed like someone who was genuinely committed to help figure out something that met the vehicle needs of my family. During the entire sales process there was no feeling of pressure or him trying to persuade us into doing something that did not work for us. He listened to our goals, and presented us with several options that met this goal. Once we agreed on the deal, he did a few things that I have never experienced before (This is my 4th new Honda in 3 years). He personally called my insurance company on my behalf to switch over my insurance to the new vehicle, it also included a gift card to the dealership and a few other nice perks. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely be back to work with Chris! More
