I've been with All-Star Honda since 2009 and enjoy coming to work each and every day. Our teamwork and helpful nature makes it an environment that's helpful and courteous, which is very different than most dealership cultures. I'm a loyal Honda fanatic and enthusiast. I have a few Hondas, but enjoy my 2012 Civic Si Coupe the most. It's a fun car to drive and a type of therapy that helps me unwind after a long day or week. I have a beautiful wife of 9 years and two sons that are 23 and 20. Our family also has a Boxer named Maya and is 7 years old. I truly appreciate having the opportunity to help people and problem solve. I grew up in this area and feel like I have common interests and a similar personality to the folks I've had a chance to work with for the past 9 years. That's worth its weight in gold to me! However, I highly suggest anyone looking to buy or lease a Honda go elsewhere. Honda cars are great, but this dealership does not do them or the company justice. They took advantage of someone who had a short timeframe to get a new car, and it showed in their poor customer service. I was told by an employee that if I could not afford the extra $40/month that I would be paying over my budget for this car, “then you should get another job.” That being said, I would hate to see anyone else be taken advantage of, or treated as terribly as I have been. Please—for your own benefit, steer clear of this dealership. More

12+ year customer of this Honda Location I have been a customer of All Star/Boyland Honda for at least 12 years. Between my wife and I, we have purchased a number of vehicles. We have bought I have been a customer of All Star/Boyland Honda for at least 12 years. Between my wife and I, we have purchased a number of vehicles. We have bought multiple Accords and a 2016 Pilot as new vehicles. I have always been impressed with the sales team members and still would like to do business with them. Unfortunately the service center has gone very much downhill for me. Both in the way I have been treated in a number of occasions and the cost of doing business. This current visit I had an All Star MVP card valued at $150 that u could have used on previous service but waited as I was going to us it on trans fluid change this time around. I received an email stating these were no longer excepted and without notice this turned into a $150 loss for me and I was told the only thing that could be offered was an 10% discount on my oil change. Also as I stated the trans fluid was going to be changed And it appeared that would cost me $80 which I was fine with, but in the middle of My service (Oil change) a staff member came out and told me the trans fluid service would be $512. Now my 2016 pilot will be paid off in about a year and I will be ready to purchase another vehicle. If my experiences do not improve prior to that time I am concerned I will be forced to go to another Honda dealership or even to change brands of cars I purchase. More

Great Service but watch coupons! Had my 15,000 mile service performed. Unfortunately, they found a nail in one of my tires that cannot be repaired, so I had to have a tire replaced t Had my 15,000 mile service performed. Unfortunately, they found a nail in one of my tires that cannot be repaired, so I had to have a tire replaced too. I had a coupon for 10% off my service and when I received the bill I did not see any discount. When I contacted them, they said they just charged me less and after discussing the charges they did not really give me 10% off. They gave me approximately $25 off and I should’ve had at least $38 off. My issue with this is that are the people checking you out there just estimating what they think might be 10% off ? They said they would give me a free tire rotation next time to make up the difference, but I don’t think the way they handle this is very good. More

Worth the Drive Worked with Chris upon arrival. Offered us a test drive. Full disclosure: my wife and I prefer a test drive that does not include the salesperson, but Worked with Chris upon arrival. Full disclosure: my wife and I prefer a test drive that does not include the salesperson, but Chris was informative without overdoing it and was conversational without being annoying. After some back and forth, we did arrive at a price that was agreeable. All in all, working with Chris was a real positive. Our experience ended with the financial guy, named Joe. My wife and I agreed: that was the fastest- read “best” - paperwork portion of any car deal we’ve ever had. Bless you, Joe. One item to note: I guess you give kudos to the internet salesperson who got us to drive 90 miles to the dealership, but both my wife and I felt what she offered us was misleading. It’s never an easy start when what you have in front of you has zero chance of being honored, and maybe it was on us for not reading the tiny print, but that was something we had to work past, Chris as well. Guess it worked, because we leased the car, but we were close to walking away. More
