I do not recommend buying or having your vehicle repaired or serviced at this dealership. I have been failed multiple times after the purchase of my 2022 Navigator in October 2025. First, during the finance part of my purchase, I was given an extremely high interest rate by Chris Wright, and told they had to make extra money from the purchase some way. I was able to get the rate down over 2% from where he started (but ended up reducing it another 2% via my own research a month after the purchase with another lender). Next, I was told the title would be sent overnight to be the next day... After making several phone calls, I received the title 2 days prior to my temp tags expiring (which were not even a full 30 days from purchase date). No one answers the phone for any department except for sales. You will be transferred to a voicemail and never receive a call back. Next, my vehicle instantly was only in km/hr and radio issues. They said when I bought it that it was just an update they can run. That didn't help so they sent the vehicle to Machens Ford. They were unable to fix it (even though they said they did and sent me home), so CDJR scheduled an appt with Machens Lincoln. They said I needed a new apim for almost $1400. CDJR offered to split the cost with me, but the finance manager I kept dealing with said that the part was $1200 and the labor was being taken off so I was truly paying only half of the part needed. After getting my vehicle back and the final receipt, that was not at all the case. I basically paid for the part and the labor was comped for CDJR. After 6mo, I am now having the same issue, and this part should be under warranty. They agreed to come get my vehicle and provide a loaner and now 1 day prior to the appt, they cancel, stating a shortage of drivers, which makes no sense because if you have a driver, then you can schedule them as needed, even if I need to wait for said appt. Very frustrated and the blame was just passed to the next person with zero accountability with the entire Machens group. Chris Wright is the absolute worst one of them all to deal with. He was gaslighting, condescending, and played the victim card. More

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had with a dealership. I was worried about my trade, but from the very beginning, Court assured me she would fight to get me what I needed.
