Chris Yancey (sales) was easy to work with. VERY knowledgeable and professional. Jason Rose (finance) made everything easy to understand and the whole process went much quicker (and smoother VERY knowledgeable and professional. The only flaw with my purchase was whoever took care of purchasing the car tag (I paid Mountain View for) did not purchase what I requested. Had to make a special trip to the courthouse to exchange tag AND pay (again) to get the tag I requested. More
