Unfortunately we had to walk away from our first experience, after 5 hours. We had a big deference in the price we agreed to and the loan amount. We had a difference of over $10,000. Rex could not see what we were trying to point out, about the deference. After over an hour we left. I received an email from Jefferey on Saturday afternoon, he stated he would check into our agreement, within 45 minutes we agreed on the price and agreed to come in late Saturday, and purchased the Tucson. Lucas spent 4 hours getting our car ready to go. Some of the ratings are based on our 1st time not the 2nd time which was a much better experience of car buying. More

I began working with Chris (salesman) on Oct. 12th when I went to test drive a Palisade. Chris was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me all the features, which is what sold me on the v 12th when I went to test drive a Palisade. Chris was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me all the features, which is what sold me on the vehicle!  At the time, I was waiting on insurance money from a car accident to clear before I was ready to buy something new.  I explained this to Chris and over the next 3 weeks, Chris regularly communicated with me on the status of the vehicle and different options I had.  He was very patient, professional, and had excellent customer service as he answered all questions I had.  On the day I was scheduled to go in and finalize the purchase, he had a family emergency and introduced me to Juan (salesman) who would work with me in Chris's place. Just like Chris, Juan began communicating with me to ensure the vehicle was ready by the time I arrived.  Juan and Anthony (manager) were able to explain all paperwork in a clear and concise manner and secure better financing through Hyundai Motors than my own credit union!  While I met with Chris Yslas, Finance Manager, to sign all the documents, Juan was putting the finishing touches on the Palisade.  It was a VERY busy night in the store, so the process took a little longer than I expected, but the entire staff I worked with made the transaction very simple and effortless.  Their team is top notch, they take the time to listen, are transparent about the process, and unlike many dealerships, they were not pushy. I would HIGHLY recommend Hyundai of Fort Myers to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!   More
