I purchased a 25,000 2023 Santa Fe. I was 6,500 upside down in my truck so I was told that would be added on to my new loan which would've equal $36,000. Chris - the Finance manager I was 6,500 upside down in my truck so I was told that would be added on to my new loan which would've equal $36,000. Chris - the Finance manager told me I would get gap coverage, max protection, and an Elite warranty thrown in. He said it was his way to make up for the 6,000 on the back end that I owed for my current vehicle. I was asked to sign the paper work by my sales lady Renea before I even had my final numbers. Now that I'm home I just reviewed the documents I signed from the USB given to me and not only did he add 6,000 on to the top(which I knew he would do) he also added an additional $15,000 making my total $41,000 for a $25,000 car!! My apr is 7.49 for an 84 month term and my payment for a car worth 25k is $650 a month! This is horrible! I am going to file a complaint! More
