I was a bit disappointed that the contract had been printed with two service plans with over $1600 in charges. This was not agreed upon in advance and they presumptuously inserted into the purchase and sales agreement. Had I been informed of these options beforehand I could have told them not to include on the contract which I had to come back to the dealership to cancel. Overall a good experience and especially working with Todd! More
