Our dealer back in California, from whom we purchased our truck, replaced a failing alternator prior to our cross country road trip. They did not re secure the wiring harness, and of course that led to a ma truck, replaced a failing alternator prior to our cross country road trip. They did not re secure the wiring harness, and of course that led to a major issue when the harness wore through and shorted. After speaking with two other dealers, both of whom told us they could not even look at it for two or three days, we were lucky to contact Chris at Bo Beuckman Quality Ford. She was able to get the truck looked at the next morning, and repaired by noon the following day. Great service, and a fair price. Excellent, clean and organized service area. Would highly recommend them! Thanks for saving our trip! More

The "Works" (oil change, all systems checked, tires rotated) Courteous and efficient. Kept the appointment exactly and finished in record time. Exceptional care! Exceptional care was taken to make certain our needs were met. When I arrived to pick up the car everything was in order, Chrisanna had arrangements made to bring the car around and get me on my way quickly. Why I've been a loyal Beuckman customer for over 25 years We recently had both our Focus and Explorer serviced at Beuckman. The Explorer had a problem which caused it to fail the inspection test. At about $ We recently had both our Focus and Explorer serviced at Beuckman. The Explorer had a problem which caused it to fail the inspection test. At about $700, it was a major issue. Chris, who has worked with us for many years, and realized that as an older car, we were reluctant to put that much money into it, was able to get with the technician and come up with an alternate solution which passed inspection, but cost us under $50. It's that kind of personal knowledge and service commitment that makes me a loyal Beuckman customer. George Lestina More
