He was very patient with showing me the options of cars he had for my specific requests. He was personable and was easy to talk and had a great attitude. Andy was great at showing me all the features of the vehicle as well as helping me set up the Kia app before I left. He made sure that I was taken care of and has also reached out after the sale to continue to make sure I did not have a questions or the car was still working out for me.
