I actually got a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Platinum Edition from Fountain's Mitsubishi section. It wasn't a Buick or GMC -- but this website won't let me put the correct car details. I loved the color of the car, and Christian was able to offer me a very competitive price for it. He also obtained better finance for the vehicle -- it was better than what my bank had given me. The team at Fountain Mall Mitsubishi/Buick/GMC delivered an excellent buying experience -- from the test drive to color selection to the price matching to the actual purchase process. Once I had made my decision, everything was super smooth. After we got the car home, I noticed a dent the next day. Brian was able to organize a dent removal at the dealership, and my partner took the car in for it -- seamless and it was like the dent had never been there! The only issue I had was a scratch on the rear left door sill that I found a few days after we got the car home. I mostly drive the car alone and do not use that door, and the dealership was unable to explain the scratch. Unfortunately, I had missed this scratch on the day we drove the car home. Anyway, Christian's manager Brian Garrett was able to provide a touch-up service for the scratch -- it hides the scratch, but the scratch is still there. I've provided strong feedback to the dealership on their car preparation process and suggested a detailed once-over before handing their customer a new car -- no brand-new car should come with a dent and a scratch. While I am miffed about it, I do realize that I spotted the scratch only a few days after I got the car -- that does put me in a situation where I cannot prove when the scratch occurred. It puts the dealership in the same situation, too. One of the lights in the cargo trunk area was not working -- and I took the car to the dealership's service section -- they have ordered the light replacement from Mitsubishi and it is all covered under Mitsubishi's warranty through the dealership. Edwin Bosch and Tulsie Arjun at the service center were excellent. All things said and done, the team at Fountain -- Christian + Brian in sales, Louis in finance and Edwin + Tulsie at the Fountain Mall service center -- have provided an excellent experience for me as a buyer. More
