Bob was so laid back, friendly. Not pushy at all. Professional. He got me around to all the people I needed to see (financing, concierge, etc). Got my vehicle and paperwork prepared so quickly. I walked into the dealership at Metro feeling somewhat discouraged in my ventures for a new car. Everyone at Metro was welcoming and accommodating. Christian was so patient and really listened to all of m discouraged in my ventures for a new car. Everyone at Metro was welcoming and accommodating. Christian was so patient and really listened to all of my preferences and requests and thoroughly went through all of my options with printout explanations of payment plans and quotes.
