What was most impressive though, was their knowledge of the product. Go to just about any American automobile dealership, start asking questions or ask questions while pointing at buttons and knobs, and it won’t be long before “I don’t know “. You better be determined if you go here because you will have to ask a lot of questions before you stump their employees. They are the most knowledgeable car salespeople I have encountered in my 40+ years of car buying. Additionally, I’d add that every last one of them believes 100% in the product they sell, the service they provide, and the dealer they represent. More

Certified 2018 RX350L I had a Lexus and wasn’t really thinking about replacing my car. With the special financing of 1.9% I thought I would just look. Within a 200 mile rad I had a Lexus and wasn’t really thinking about replacing my car. With the special financing of 1.9% I thought I would just look. Within a 200 mile radius there were 2 that I would consider and one was at Metro. I went to Metro and spoke with Christian and later that day I was signing papers.
