I do a lot of research and love cars. 75% of the time I know more than the Sales guy. Not true with Christian! He answered all my questions; even down to how many Horse Power each of the vehicles had. He quoted me a number 15% higher for my trade-in than my buddy who is a GM at another dealership (not Lexus) without even have the used car manager involved (which is what they ended up giving me). On the evening of February 13th, I texted his personal cell number on his day off at 10:00 p.m. at night and said "Can you get me a completely different car from another Lexus dealer and have us take delivery tomorrow? I want to get the car for my wife for Valentine's day." He said, "I will try". We drove off the lot with the car we wanted with a phenomenal deal at 4:15 p.m. on February 14th. He personally drove to the other Lexus dealer to get the car. Christian is great! My wife texted me today (2/14/18); "I freakin love my car #bestvalentinesever. Thanks Christian! More

His due diligence was truly appreciated as he delivered exactly what he promised and even ahead of the deadline. Second, my delivery specialist, Erika, not only impressed me by her knowledge but I really appreciated the time and attention that she provided while walking me thru all of the very advanced electronics. Erika was extremely patient with all of the questions that I had asked and I was amazed at how quickly I learned every feature due to her expert guidance. Leased a vehicle for the first time! We had a wonderful experience at the Lexus Metro dealership (December 2017). Our sales associate was Christian Miller. He was very knowledgeable and p We had a wonderful experience at the Lexus Metro dealership (December 2017). Our sales associate was Christian Miller. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we asked a myriad of questions to figure out whether leasing or buying was the right choice for us. He was very thorough and honest in his explanation and he provided us with time and space to make a decision that we very happy and comfortable with. He also helped us find a vehicle that best fit our needs. Once we found that vehicle, he worked very hard with Jeff Sustersic to present us with a very good deal. Negotiating the best price/deal was surprisingly painless. After our negotiation, it was late in the day so we made an appointment to come in later that week to finish up the paperwork and to pick up our car. Later in the week, Christian Miller picked up one of us from home as the other came straight from work. We were very impressed with the great service offered by Christian Miller. We met with David Weaver (Finance Department) and we had another wonderful experience. David was very thorough, organized, and informative. He answered all of our questions and he was very efficient in helping us complete the paperwork process. He explained the optional Lexus protection plans offered in depth and allowed us to make a decision without pushing us into something that we did not want or need (we ended up choosing a protection plan that suited our needs). Before driving the car off the lot, one of the employees thoroughly went over all the features of the car and helped us set up Bluetooth, radio stations, memory seats/preferences, etc. We were impressed with how friendly everyone was at the Lexus Metro dealership. We were also impressed with their high quality service. Their friendliness and service made our car shopping/leasing experience a pleasant one. We would highly recommend the Lexus Metro dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a luxury vehicle! More

He never seemed to push us into a higher priced direction but definitely listened to our wants/needs and pushed us to the car that fit those best. Christian is very presentable without coming across as “slick”. We realized this with the way he spoke to us and with his incredible knowledge of each vehicle and others makes we were looking at beyond Lexus. He compared all vehicles without trashing any. The car we chose was not in stock and not even in their partner dealership. He worked hard to make a trade from a neighboring state getting us our car in good time. He even secured us a very nice loaner while we waited for several days. Great service all around and we are confident it will continue as we go through our Lexus lease period. More
