He took care of everything for me!! tMy stickers were about to expire, he had them sent to my home in less then 2 days, and to top that off I am a huge supporter of Breast Cancer Awareness, I shared that with Christian and he gave me all this PINK items in support of Breast Cancer, I am truly grateful for having had the opportunity to meet Christian in sales, Steven in service and there was an gentleman who was very nice also, who signed me up with the Museum, for my son. I believe he may have been in upper management (salt N pepper hair and well dressed)? I hope the right people view this, like the CEO, because your crew over at Metro Lexus ate fantastic!!! I called Wednesday afternoon about an NX that I thought was sold but still up on the website with a reduced price. Christian called me back (after he found it) and explained that it was sold on Saturday but the deal fell through. I made an appointment to see the car that night. I test drove it and he said he would stay late to wrap everything up. I told him no need I would be back first thing Thursday morning. The next morning, everyone one was so nice. I was offered coffee, bagels, hot chocolate (the works!) He even let me borrow a charger for my phone. Settled everything up with Danae (who was also amazing!!!). I never felt intimidated or uneasy. They made the whole process a breeze. They even drove my old car from the store out to Kent (about a 50 minute drive) so that I could wrap things up before giving it to my mom. You have a great team on your hands and I appreciate everything you do to make this a stress free experience. More

First class all the way! I have never had a better experience buying/leasing a vehicle. That's what happened to me...I was very upset! I called Christian and he immediately set my mind at ease by telling me that he would take care of it. Within a week I had my vehicle back at the dealership and the ding was fixed at no expense to me. If you're interested in buying/leasing a Lexus vehicle then go see my friend Christian at Metro.
